Watched The Crow (1994) recently. One of the most stylish flicks and a very stellar, somber watch from beginning to end. Backed with a very of its time track, featuring Nine Inch Nails and Stone Temple Pilots, I've never watched a movie that's as much of a snapshot of its timeframe for cinema that's equally as timeless. Alex Proyas brought his A game here, making Detroit seem as miserable as it is (says I, the Ohioan lmao). There's some stock sound effects and a few effects that might look cheap by today's standards, but by all means, The Crow is a dazzling watch from beginning to end.
