Lord help me if I get around to Elden Ring - which won't be for a while. My compulsive "Beat every boss" habit would be the end of me, as there's a staggering 165 in the base game alone! But I can't worry about ER yet. Don't have the game and don't plan on playing it til I'm several feet out of JRPG hell with my upcoming target being Falcom's The Legend of Heroes series.
Trails in the Sky was a series I tried getting into 2 years back, at the request of a friend, but failed to. Given I had come hot off playing the Xenosaga trilogy and I was frustrated by its design decisions, primarily the limited collectible window. But this time, I'm gonna go ahead and make a new save, undoing those 38 hours of progress, but I'm pretty damn confident I'll be back to where I was in no time!
