Custom Robo's fun. Real, real fun. Yes, I want my heavy bodied mech to pack a light gun and surround the arena with spider-like robots that home in on my opponent. Sure, I'll make a robot that goes invisible when I air dash so I can shotgun my opponents. This game has it all. I'm shocked we haven't seen a new one since the DS title Arena. While its story is a by-the-numbers kiddie anime story, darker second half and all, the meat of the game is obviously the battles - and reasonably so. If we have games like Armored Core 6 sell like hotcakes, I really think it'd be prime time to have Custom Robo get its shot.

I'm only a bit into Custom Robo. So far it's sorta what my fuzzy memories playing it in Great Wolf Lodge a long time ago, a super fun game with some fast paced action and a nice layer of customization! I stopped after the tutorial section, can't wait to continue to crack into this one. Between it and Sly 2, I'm gonna have a blast with both.

Has this ever happened to you? You're out on a date, nerding out over your favorite movie and your gal is suddenly kidnapped by a giant robot within the movie? That's what happened to Joe, as he gets sucked into the world of film, given a means to transform and kick some bad guy butt! Having just finished Viewtiful Joe, it's certainly lived up to my expectations of a delightfully stylish, if sometimes too challenging, Kamiya action game.

One of my pals wants me to play it on PCSX2 to unlock a certain devil hunter, but after this playthrough, I've gotta start focusing on Arkham Knight and DS3 again. Ninja Gaiden Black is also in wait, but I'll be back to Movie Land soon.
