New pizza: Sicilian with oyster mushrooms in red wine cream sauce instead of marinara, topped with fresh feta cheese and arugula tossed in olive oil and lemon juice after the cook.
One of those where every step of the way I went "oops fucked it up" and then at the end it came together beautifully.

Possibly found a new favorite. Gremolata is such a good topping y'all, that little bit of citrus from the lemon peel just adds so much. Plus it looks very chef-y.
No clue why I couldn't take a pic of it that didn't have a fuzzy anime dream look to it, this was the clearest one I got I swear. Also not pictured: a meatball, red onion and vodka sauce pizza that tasted delicious but looked lopsided and distinctly like none pizza with left beef in spirit.
