Got my PS3 from my teenage years back (it stayed at my folks place when I went to college so they could use it for Netflix and then my younger brother had it for a while) and there's something about playing my old games on my old hardware that is deeply, truly nostalgic in a way emulation unfortunately can't quite replace.

Do wish they made those controllers a little bigger though. I got big monster hands and those things are made for kids.

Someone posted the Seaman PS2 controller so I feel obligated to share this thing: the Resident Evil 4 PS2 controller. Some fun miscellaneous details:

-There is also a GameCube variant, which is yellow instead of orange.
-Pulling the rip cord also functions as the "start" button.
-I have never used one but I have been told by those that have that it's uncomfortable to the point of being nearly unusable.
-If I had a spare $400 kicking around I would own one anyway.

And, on the subject of PS2 controllers shaped like bladed weapons, we have the Onimusha 3 Katana controller. If you swing it the triangle button activates so that's pretty cool. Less cool is the fact that, from what I can tell, one thumb is in control of two analogue sticks and the D-pad, making any game where you have to control the camera and your character at the same time unplayable.
