Media is hardly allowed to engage in the trope that evil makes you sexy any more, but I think what is actually sorely missed is the closely related but distinct trope that evil makes you horny
I can't watch those terrible 1970s and 1980s kids shows with "snarling dominant villain" and "incompetent sniveling sidekick" without thinking that the only reason they remain a team is that after each announcing each caper, they must be having the wildest sex off-screen, with the most mind-blowing orgasms fueled by the sheer horniness of their daily evil.
'the sheer horniness of their daily evil' is an underutilized phrase, applicable to so many of my original characters, and those of my colleagues
