There was something in the water back in the 90s producing kids entertainment like this. Rudy is simultaneously lame and horrifying, a discount Ace Ventura looking dork whose bits revolve exclusively around body horror. His bloodless amputations, skin removal, and self harm are inherently compelling to kids, backed up by an incredible interactive stage. I’m just in fucking awe over here. Fuck. I wish I had something deeper to say about this, but the last thing I watched was the pilot to the new Mr. & Mrs. Smith show and I’m left wondering where the all entertainment is these days.
