I can't be too super pressed about this because it goes in waves. I remember when any fansite (remember those?) of the relevant variety run by anyone under 20 had a Burned Furs button, a Hentai-Free button or both. Mostly we just gotta steer them away from turning into queerphobes and fascists.

I deal with this by just not talking to kids. Got nothing to say to them. Don't want them to say anything back. Block if they're personally annoying. More people ought to just do this.

Honestly though also I think part of the difference here that I'm just realizing is I just don't have any attachment to like "participating in kid's media fandoms" that a bunch of adults do who then go on to get agitated that they're sharing space with etc.

I mean there's definitely that and when it comes to adults trying to hang out in the children's cartoon discord for children instead of shared spaces they should probably just go somewhere else instead of being the creepy old person hanging around the arcade.
