The queen is going to be lying-in-state from about now until 6:30 AM on the morning of her funeral. According to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, the queue is currently (at 17:00 UK time on 2022/09/14) 2.5 miles long, reaching past London Bridge.

Pictured above is the maximum possible queue, which would be, according to the BBC, 10 miles long, including 3 miles of queue in Southwark Park, which is not pronounced the way it looks.

The queue has reached capacity today, Friday 2022/09/16. It was estimated at over 5 miles when entry was paused. Wait times are estimated at 14 hours from the back of the queue, and nobody is allowed to enter it for six hours.

heyy I guessed the pronunciation pretty much right! Given the hint that it isn't like it's spelled.

This honestly looks like a fun hike to do on a normal week, if the neighborhoods aren't too rough.

Congrats! Oh it definitely would be! Lovely views, I'm sure, cool bridges, and you could check out the Tate Modern on the way! I'm not a London expert but I don't think there'd be anywhere too rough by the Thames in central London.
