how feasible is a "if you use this license, make closed source software with it, and abandon the product, you must either open source the project you use it in, under a similar license."
because I'm really tired of things built on open source being destroyed even if the work could be learned from, all in the name of corporate secrets the CEOs talk to each other about over dinner.
its all such farce.
It's probably reasonable to execute as a license but we also know that corporate owned properties will be kept on the books forever just to keep anyone from doing things with them so there'd have to be some concrete definition of abandonment beyond "the owners say so"... I suspect it would get looked at the same way the GPL is anyway
