a little over half of my entire feed for the past 48 hours has been people talking about The Post with the same severity and intensity you would use to talk about like. sexual abuse. yeah we should probably be more mindful about putting content warnings on triggering posts. we should also not be dicks about it when people ask us to do so.

Idk man, all I can say is that I really feel for Kara for having to explain to multiple people who don't have conflict-resolution skills beyond Running & Telling Teacher that, no, no site rules were broken even if someone you've developed a 3rd-degree parasocial relationship with was hurt and knowing that no matter how sympathetically you try to phrase your response people are still going to write multi-paragraph whiny posts paraphrasing you being like "I MESSAGED SUPPORT AND I GUESS STAFF THINK IT'S GOOD FOR US TO KILL OURSELVES"
