also, just to clarify a small point about how the rollout works:
it's effectively a random number generator seeded against user ID. if it's a 33% rollout then there's a 33% chance that you're in it. this means the actual exposure is not exactly 33% because that's just how probability works (i think at the moment it's around 35%?).
for future feature rollouts we might do things differently, but for asks this made the most sense to get a true Random Sampling.
You got a 33% chance of getting Asks. But I'm a genetic freak, and I'm not normal, so I got a 66 and 2/³% chance of getting the feature at Sacrifice. Smoa Joe, you take my 66 and 2/3s chance and add Kurt Angles 33% chance
