In my day we didn't have game wikis or comprehensive let's plays of every new game. If we wanted to learn tips and tricks to beat the hottest new games, we had to go see critically-panned feature films starring Fred Savage in theaters.
"But Decay," I can hear you protest, "there must have been other ways to learn all the tips and tricks to get the most out of your Nintendo™ Entertainment System, and the secret weapons and tactics to get high scores just like the pros!" Nope, this was it, this was all we had. It was Fred Savage vehicles or nothing.
