bluesky status: i have learned that the only way to change your password is to log out and use the "forgot password" flow
I have discovered that if you make a thread on Bluesky, any posts after the original are completely invisible unless
- someone following you has "show replies" turned on, and your reply to the thread has more likes than they've set as their threshold, or
- they click the original post
why the fuck did they build it like this!
Everything I learn about Bluesky is consistently the stupidest engineering decision I've ever heard in my life
