lmao yeah, one of our extremely overdue checklist items is to have a proper production environment walled off from staging
enough people have used attachments for inline images at this point that we'd absolutely have to clone the staging attachment server over to prod and rewrite all the URLs though
that sounds like a nightmare! I would not want to have to do that at my job, so I won't blame you if we lose some staging posts in the transition.
