so, work forces me back into the office next week, and as part of that, i've been trying to figure out what i want to take with me for things like making notes
and so I'm using the ipad pro for a first time in a while rather than my laptop, and it's reminding me kind of why i switched - there are a lot of things it's good for, but the second it goes outside those bounds, it drops off a cliff
this post is also partially the result of the rumours that apple is working on an ipad pro that costs hundreds of dollars more than the current version
and i'm curious what they can do to make the increase worth it (for people that aren't artists or video editors that need HDR reference at least), while the software is in this state
because to me, the hardware has been waiting for the software to catch up for years, and i don't know that that can ever happen at this point - beyond some way for power users to boot into mac on it
