my yearly theme for this year is "the year of creativity"
and i keep judging myself harshly for not having drawn much
and still having a tendency to passively consume podcasts or youtube videos
or things like our brain getting caught on getting all achievements for vampire survivors and then boneraiser minions
but earlier today someone said "i wish i could do the things you do" (in unity) and that kind of floored me (even if we perhaps didn't show it at 5am)
because sure we put a decent amount of time in, but most of the time we're just
following basic inkscape guides for the things we want to achieve
or discovering something new in poiyomi's settings and playing with it
breaking things knowing that we're one command away from restoring them in git
and writing things out, of course that's creativity
but sometimes it doesn't feel like it in the moment
