Funny thing about TweetDeck is it's so thoroughly forgotten by staff that not only do most bad design choices tend to end up not getting implemented there, but sometimes when Twitter as a whole breaks it'll still work if you're on tweetdeck.
It's like even when twitter breaks it'll forget to break tweetdeck as well.
the same is also true for the moment of the mac app, which I'm pretty sure no one is making changes to at all; there is no "for you" timeline to be swiped over, no blue advert in the sidebar
when it breaks, it will probably break forever, but until then I'm glad they've forgotten they have it
