within the past 48 hours
i've doodled two separate things, one of them... my ability to construct things is getting better, at least
and wrote a ~800 word story to go with each
i can't say if they're any good, they're playing to a couple of hyperfixations and lore notes that haven't generally been y'know, shared anywhere
but it's been a while since we've written any fiction of a decent length
so nice to just dust our ability to do so off
but also we're doing just a little bit of CSS in them; something we objectively didn't have to do
a lot of trial and error until the desired effect
because we've wondered; how the fuck did we manage to make CSS for my website back in 2017 and 2018
and the answer is just fucking around and finding out (positive) until it works
...and all this on worryingly little sleep :>
