since this got a like (from the official @jazztronauts account, no less!), we never did find a good solution to this problem for vrchat screenshots others post

but we try to avoid contributing to it.

after every group session, we have a couple of scripts we run to extract information from vrchat's output log, including what worlds were visited (excluding the default home), and if possible, what things were put on the video player. add a little bit of a journal about each one while the memories are fresh.

and then if we have to, it makes it very easy to make recommendations about places people could visit if inclined.

it also doesn't help that the recents list is so short, any amount of world hopping will push things off the end and good luck finding them again if you don't favorite them, save links, or remember the world authors

Discoverability is important! That's one thing I like about how Jazztronauts works, every map (since the last list update anyway, it isn't real time) has a shot of appearing. I've found amazing maps that had like, three subscribers. -Sierra
