When I was looking for houses to buy in early January this was one of the photos on a property we saw (that as I recall we could hear squirrels clawing around in the walls as the realtor was showing us around and had alot of other dealbreaker type problems such as an actively wet looking foundation in the basement that ultimately made us pass on it)
It is impossible for me to tell what, if anything, in this picture is real. I suspect it's entirely fake.
the google is "virtual staging" and all the pictures just astonish me because i've been in an apartment rental office and that's what all of these look like.
if you want to sell me a house you can either show me a picture of it completely empty (so i'll think i can fit more bookcases in than i really can) or a picture of it packed with as many bookcases as physically possible
