My short advice is: find a makerspace with a vinyl printer. If you're lucky, your local library will have one.
Dex is british, which always means the nearest makerspace is 150 miles from your location.
the local library does actually have one but also fails to list what's in it on the council's website
If you're going to print at home and try die-cutting, I recommend going with silhouette brand of cutting machines instead of cricut, as cricut requires a subscription to use their design program and silhouette does not. You can get used ones for cheap, even Cameo 3 is good enough for die cuts.
