finally updating the website to add some things

writing for an audience

(can you imagine telling a headmate they've not hit any of their KPIs this quarter)

using #the cohost global feed (twilight sparkle) in that last post got us looking through some of the plural tags again

and again, maybe it's just making the realizations later in life, but again, it makes me wonder if we're "being plural right"

there are systems on here listing how a new headmate manifested and they immediately felt the trauma from episode 37 of their source media

and i'm sorry that happened. but it's also just... not how we've ever operated

💜 has always acted in that guide/advisor role, and after the initial shock last month, 🩷 is now doing so as well - we're just doing what we can to steer the flesh prison around

anyway, thinking about this and reflecting on that guide/advisor role did cause us to make this
