I'm subscribed to cohost plus! Why? Because I'm tired. Tired of everyone saying that this won't last and will be dead in a month. Tired of all the people who have lost hope in a better internet and feeling like they aren't allowed to have good things anymore.
Hey. I know. The worlds full of bad things right now and our brains can't comprehend all of it without burning out and falling into an apathetic state. But why should we accept that?
By subscribing to cohost plus, I'm fighting back against hopelessness. In the grand scheme of things it's not going to do much, a simple rock thrown against a unstoppable horror, but it's better than lying down and letting it consume you completely. I've dropped a years sub on this place and even if the servers go dark tomorrow, I won't regret it. Because I like it here and I want to see it grow.
Too many people are asking what they are going to do if this place goes down but what if it doesn't? What if by some strange chance, things work out hmmm?
It'll be pretty cool don't you think?
