I used to 3+ hours a day working out at home every day and it didn't make me happy. I got stronger sure but it didn't change anything. Didn't become confident, didn't change anything, all that effort just to feel tired at the end of the day. I was never going to be an athlete no matter what.

So how can I motivate myself when I already know it won't do anything for me?
