If a soldier of the Kadducha commits a wrongdoing against a fellow soldier, they are sent to the house of the Legion Qussae, a scholar of law and philosophy who handles martial law. She hears the case of the penitent and then judges what the appropriate punishment should be. Typically it is an ascetic practice of fasting and meditation, but for serious crimes like murder, grand theft and slander, permanent expulsion from the troop and even exile is given.
