The Hidden Forest may be my favorite zone in Sky, but Harmony Hall is by far my favorite location. The game struggles under pushy monetization, but at its heart lies a deeply playful kind of joy. And from its whimsical NPC interactions to its musical minigames, Harmony Hall, to me, embodies that joy more than any other part of the game.

I took the opportunity this morning to take a few screenshots; open the cut to see more of them. If you pick up the game, I hope that you'll take the time to drop by!

My character sitting in a cozy nook in the Hall, surrounded by cushioned seats and flowers.

Resting in-between jam sessions.

The Performance Guide, a tall, bird-masked spirit wearing a coat as a cape, posing above the Frantic Stagehand, who lies prone on the ground.

The Guide looking at something offscreen while the Stagehand, on their hands and knees, reaches out forlornly to them.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on between these two. But I have my guesses.

The Guide and the Stagehand dancing side-by-side, bright lights streaming from their hands.

The Guide and the Stagehand sitting at opposite ends of a bench.

The Guide and the Stagehand admiring a luminous mural, hearts floating above their heads.

Here's some more shots of them!

My character, the Guide, and the Stagehand playing music together. My character is playing a bell, the Guide is playing a drum, and the Stagehand is playing a set of panpipes.

A jam session!

The Guide and the Stagehand, expressing their delight after the jam session.

That's all for today!
