One of the best things in helping me recover from coercive control has been getting to spend time in a Discord server where one of the ground rules is that you get someone's consent before giving them advice. The rule doesn't 100% completely stop people from giving me unsolicited advice but at the very least it guarantees that I won't get everyone turning against me when I say that I don't want unsolicited advice. In fact, doubling down on unsolicited advice is grounds for being kicked out of the server, because it shows you have left the realm of accidental boundary-crossing, and entered into full-on invalidating other people's boundaries.
