I grew up in rural Nova Scotia and 100% thought Second Cup and Pizza Pizza were fictional until I moved to Montreal and they were both just everywhere.
Now I'm in Vancouver and they're both gone again. I guess they're really a Central Canada (Quebec + Ontario) thing?
