I have a lot more respect for someone who says "yes the police are bad and you should avoid them as much as possible but also here is a limited list of circumstances under which I will talk to police officers because I sincerely believe the alternative would cause more harm" than someone who says "acab never talk to a cop or you're just as bad as them" but then folds the moment something bad happens to them
