Feels relevant to the phenomenon of people learning css on Cohost. The ability to metaphorically have someone else in the room with you seems like a big part of how many people are learning css faster than when they tried normal solo teaching.
Right now when people use css as flavoring in their posts, it's often just stuff that they chose because it looked cool, or they're imitating the look of another website, or a video game or something. What's probably going to happen as the site gets more established is that more and more people are going to be basing their css choices off of other people's Cohost posts, which means that different css things are going to start picking up their own meanings specific to Cohost. I can already see it starting to happen in little ways, but I have no way of predicting what form it will grow into.
