One of the things that has been apparent over the last couple of days (tl;dr new job opportunity) is how much anxiety and stress I have carried on my person over the last six months (and last month in particular). With the source of that stress addressed, at least in part, I felt like a burden had been forcibly removed from me, and it wasn't clear until now how heavy that burden was.
It's allowing me to look at other burdens holding be down and back. And asking myself, what if I start releasing those, too?
