one of the things i like about the internet is how transparently, laughably hypocritical it has made this kind of juvenoia for gen z in particular. like no lmao we all know deep down we have no high horse to ride on, nor to carry our soapboxes for us about this, because we know that we, as kids, were watching stuff like fuckin SeeS vs SooS gmod videos, many of which could be argued are lower-brow than skibidi toilet from what i know about the subject (not that i believe in high or low art or whatever from a philosophical standpoint, i invoke it here as a rhetorical device to demonstrate a flaw in this mindset)
