Hopefully meeting with the superintendent Friday. Extremely nervous but I think I can make a list of topics I want to discuss, relevant facts, and statements from my colleagues that will help guide me. Bro I'm 26 and have only been in this job for 2 years but I'm the one who's going to be effecting meaningful change from within? We're unionized and even the union is like maybe if we lick the supers boot a little harder he'll let us have a quarter for a gumball. The union is falling apart with no direction so I'm going a little over their head to do the hard work for them.
I'm not bargaining for anything, not making any demands. Just showing the super what is actually happening in his classrooms. I think that's fine enough, right?
