According to a map I walked a measly half mile today outside (and a bit around indoors at the place I went) and I don't feel like I overdid myself or anything but I'm just fatigued as hell. I wake up from my nap, get a drink or use the bathroom and after a few minutes of trying to do something in my laptop I get so tired and sore I need to go lay back down again. Its so frustrating to be declining again after I was having a lot of improvements in my stamina and pain management :/ oh well, progress isn't linear and I need to listen to my body
Oh wait I just remembered I did a shitton of walking last night at a fair and then walking back to the car after was probably a couple miles at least. I guess I thought overnight sleeping would take care of that but must not have.
I could write a whole nother post on how the actual frustrating thing is how inaccessible doctors are and even with good insurance and a super good network of doctors around here it's still hard to see anyone about anything and get any real progress done. Furthermore with a dx like fibromyalgia doctors don't really know what to do with that and just tell you to rest and get exercise when you can. Sigh
