I'm decently tech savvy, incredibly online, and usually really good at figuring things out
I genuinely have no clue how mastodon functions in any useable manner whatsoever. Absolute dog shit user friendliness. I made a masto like a few years ago and posted like 4 things about a book I was reading, got zero interaction from even my friends who followed me (?) And therefore no dopamine and got so confused I left the platform. Like go off if you get it and like it or whatever but I cannot imagine migrating my entire online presence to what feels like the social media equivalent of a platform puzzle game
