I took a shower that could barely be considered a shower yesterday- no, Saturday. I've been too nervous to shower while I still have my drains. Its not like I think anything bad really will happen it's just really like, complex to shower with the drains and I feel like I only got as clean as I do anyways with the shower wipes I bought. I'm getting my drains out tomorrow I think (strongly hope) and god I'm so looking forward to washing my hair. I have dry shampoo but it doesn't do anything for the grease really. It's funny, I feel like I don't wash my hair any more frequently than I have (once a week, and I washed it 7 days ago now) but idk maybe being bedridden or not even getting it wet for a week has really made my scalp like grow a protective lard cap π
Sidenote, has anyone ever had surgical drains removed? What's it feel like? Articles online and stuff are all like "most patients don't need painkillers" like that explains what to expect at all even. I watched. A video of them being pulled from someone else but it didn't show their face or have audio.
