Donnie!!!!!

I've been a good boy who doesn't bite its nails recently but now the urge to bite them is so Present. my nails are so long now (barely long. juuuust long enough to make happy sounds if I try hard). do I trim them back to deny myself the relief of biting them, but sacrifice the growth I've obtained? if I bite them that will only reinforce how dope it feels to bite nails especially long ones <- is fully aware that sounds gross written out but alas. I've always been a nail biter and it's been extremely hard to stop my whole life. I've tried everything but anything that even sort of works is sensory hell (like wearing short fake nails).
