it was definitely a Cis Doctor(tm) moment but my dentist looked at my chart, looked at me, flipped some pages and looked back at me then said "Is the testosterone perscription...because you're trans?" and I said yes and he kind of automatically said "really? I would have had no idea!" which like epic passing win I suppose. it wasn't my "I don't want to look or be cis" shirt that gave me away for once
