giving myself until wednesday to determine if this insomnia is going to be A Problem or not. I've done everything I possibly could to make tonight a good night's sleep. if I still can't sleep tonight or tomorrow night then I'll go to the doctor. I haven't had a restful nights sleep in...3 nights?
Friday night I tossed and turned and struggled to fall asleep until like 3 or 4AM, not the worst. Saturday night I had restless painful legs keeping me up anyways regardless of what my brain was doing. and last night I never felt like I actually fell asleep. like I was just napping/drifting 10 minutes at a time all night. I'm soo exhausted. I didn't nap today, I didn't have any caffeine after 7pm, I ate a good dinner a couple hours ago and made sure to have a snack so I'm not hungry, I showered and brushed my teeth, took melatonin, and now I'm going to dim my phone and put it away I swear 2 god I need to sleep
