I've been calling it a gyro bowl but it's couscous, chickpeas, lamb, roasted onion and zucchini, a cucumber and tomato quick pickle,feta, and homemade tzaziki. everything's got lots of lemon, dill, and Tuscan herb mix and taco seasoning (I don't have my usual supply of spices being in an unfamiliar kitchen) but either way this is so killer. some of my best work
