okay I took my adhd meds at about 12 today instead of before work and I think that was optimum. Take them either when I got to my lunch or right before my students go to theirs I think. The morning was a wee bit rough then, but I think the delay helped it like, peak when I needed it. And when I got home, I didn't nap, I just spent 90 minutes doing the NYT sunday crossword from this week, then I went to the store to get some stuff for smoothies and trailmix, and now I'm doing my online training and I still have the willpower and focus and energy to keep going and not just curl up and play SDV for 4 hours
