- garlic, shallot, mushroom, butter, red wine, soy sauce, cook until well browned and evaporated nearly dry
- ground beef, cumin, clove, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, MSG, shape four burgers and cast iron if ya got it
- toast your buns (I used grocery store shit but you can make buns)
- bottom bun, mayo, burger, smoked gouda, mushroom shit, top bun
- serve it forth
