Is there an upper limit to the size Proton can use his energy, like small laser shots and partial bubble shields or has he at least tried doing a Kamehameha?
Oh he can do it big. He can do it real big
but of course it costs more and the more bigger-er he does it the more he risks overextending himself. But he can do big beams, he can do big energy fists, he can do big blasts.
