I live with some of the stupidest neighbours.
They think they know better than engineers. And then they approve that the council can just let us put in air conditioning if we ask rather than requiring a full 3/4s vote from all owners per request, but the vote to get an engineering firm to give us recommendations on what type of units that would work for our buildings fails by one so now council gets to fly blind on this and will probably just reject most requests.
I hate some of these fucking people man.
