so far i didnt have to talk about killing billionairs yet but i did say once in a normal conversation at work: "if humans, as a species, had banned money as a concept ten years ago, we would have figured it out by now and the world wouldnt be half as fucked as it is now" and i still stand by it: the problem is not the "how" really but more the "how to, all of us?"

I agree. Money, at least the way it's currently understood and implemented, is part of a morality of distrust and violence that needs to be put down permanently. Distrust-selfishness-morality, hidden information controlled by wealthy elites, and ubiquitous asymmetric threats of violence are the 3 pillars of domination holding up the cruel world order we all suffer under, and they reinforce each other such that addressing any part of any of them is difficult.

At the same time, any actions we take to reinforce radical trust and shared resources and openness with information and protection from violence and divesting from the punishment ideology, I believe make progress. Even if all we do is change one person's life at a time, it contributes towards a sea change in common sense. When nobody is willing to take up a gun and police a Black neighbor to death anymore, the revolution will be won.
