So I've looked around a few times to try to find agenda/management apps to help me not have time disappear in the slowfast of being self employeed with adhd (and depression, fun combo, working on getting a therapist, don't worry about that part)

At this point I'm curious if describing what I'm looking for might help me find out it exists, or I dunno, there's enough tech minded furries that are friends of mine/followers. Maybe one of you will be crazy enough to just make it? ANYWAY HERE WE GO.

Gonna try to make a list of feature/things about it rather than one long ramble to hopefully make it easier to read <_<
-On my phone, I -will- forgot to use it if it's on my computer.
-Not tied to my google calendar. I use that to track important events and if that gets cluttered I will just stop using it and forget birthdays. Don't wanna do that.
-Daily list of chores that can be checked off as they're done and refresh on their own every morning.
-Ability to set a reminder per chore like "It's 11am, you should really be thinking about lunch" and a deadline marker of "It's 1pm. Go have lunch, this alarm will keep going off every few minutes until you mark it done."

That alone would help a lot, but in addition it would be cool to have this app also take in a list of chores that are on a longer time schedule. A list that can be added to or checked off separately from daily stuff. How these would ideally work:
-Ability to set frequency/cooldown if needed. "This needs to be done once every month" or "once this has been done, don't show it to me for 2 weeks" sort of options.
-Weight of these tasks. Something like Light being just a few minutes/low effort, Medium being a solid hour/definitely needs attention or High of this is an all day thing/really taxing.
-The app then sprinkles these into days sorta at random, 2 or 3 medium and low tasks a day, or a single high task. Especially if it wouldn't put two high tasks right after each other.
-Additionally a few freebies here and there. Stuff like "hey, have you just stood outside for a few minutes today?" "Go have some fruit." that sort of thing.

Going further and probably way out of scope but damn if I'm rubbing enough brain cells together to make this post I might as well reach for the sky. I find myself most motivated to actually do self care when concerned that friends are directly aware of my failings to be nice to their friend: me. So uh, having a tool hooked up in a way to let a select list of people:
-Observe progress on the checklist, and check a week or so worth of history on completion
-Add freebies to the list
-Suggest long term projects/goals to add to the rotating list.

I know this is a hell of a lot to ask for, but I am honestly surprised how hard it is to even find something that first the first of these 3 sections at all. I could SERIOUSLY use some suggestions on new ones to look at.

Thank you for reading all this.
