important controls (that should be on the initial post composer) are buried in the meatballs menu in the top right of your posted post
at any point, you can disable (or re-enable) shares or comments as well.
for other people's posts, you can also silence them (they will never show up for you again). useful because cohost has no way to not show you the same post 20 times.
