I mean seriously, are we really THAT FUCKED when it comes to the job market anymore?

Granted I would say a positive of it is some of the advice in the various shares and comments, and learning just how scummy job boards are, and how cold email/calls, or just hitting websites directly for the real jobs is a better idea.

As I also sit here seething at the fact the one hit I did get off Indeed, and a promised interview today never fucking happened, of course.

God I hate job hunting.... Kinda wish in a way I could have kept my old one, but that would of course have also left me trapped in a life and a marriage that would have also killed me. . . . that and I suspect I would have been axed in a mass layoff they did shortly after I left.
