it's an action combat system right? but you have cards. all of your moves are in a menu, and you can scroll through each card on the menu. use a card, and you attack with it. Like if you use an Attack card, Sora swings his keyblade. If you use a Fire card, Sora shoots fire. Enemies also fight with cards. All cards have a number on them, 0-9. A card with a higher number will break another card if it's being used, interrupting the attack with your own. So like if an enemy uses a 1-card, but you use a 2-card while it's being used, the 1-card will be interrupted and you will attack it while its attack no longer plays. Higher numbers break lower numbers. Cards of the same value break each other and no attacks are made. The only exception is 0, which can break any card, but the downside is that it can be broken by any card as well. Alright so there's like three types of cards: Attack, which is regular attack, Spell, which is casting a spell, and Friend, which summons Donald, Goofy, or whoever else is in the party to do their special move thingy. There's also a special type called Enemy which are extremely rare to collect but they're passive effects that affect your deck. If you use like a Shadow Heartless card, then all cards in your deck will be increased by 1 for a certain amount of time. Okay then now there's another way to use your cards than just singular use it's called sleights. You can stack up to three cards together and all of their numbers will add up and you'll use your cards in succession in one "attack" combo. So like if your sleights are 3, 3, and 4, then your next attack will add up to 10 and you'll use three cards in a row and your opponent can't break your attack unless they use a bigger sleight or a single 0 card. But if you add certain cards together you'll get special moves with your sleights. So like a sliding dash is something like 10-14 of attack cards. So if you add up those cards again you'll have Sora slide towards the enemies in a single swoop.
